How are recurring monthly services billed?
Recurring services (maintenance & VPS) are billed monthly via bank transfer or credit card. If you select yearly billing, a single invoice is sent with a direct 15% discount.
Are prices fixed or can they increase?
For web projects and security audits, the price signed on the budget is 100% fixed and final. It would only change if you request extra features not agreed upon in writing, which would require a signed annex first.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept direct bank transfers and Bizum (for Spanish clients).
