In which areas do you provide service?
For IT maintenance services and on-site support, I operate in Sabadell, Terrassa, and the entire Vallès Occidental with no call-out charges. For web design and cybersecurity, I assist clients all over Spain 100% remotely, keeping the same level of close communication.
Is there a minimum lock-in period?
There are no hidden lock-ins. If you sign up for a monthly IT maintenance plan, you can cancel it at any time with one month's notice. Website projects are paid per fixed project (50% upfront, 50% upon delivery).
Do you build custom websites or use templates?
I develop custom websites using WordPress (when clients want to edit content themselves) or modern Jamstack architectures like Astro (when speed and SEO are the priority), always tailored to your brand. I never clone generic templates.
How long does it take to build a website?
A simple corporate website or landing page is ready in 5-7 days from the briefing. An online store with WooCommerce or more complex projects can take 2-4 weeks. I will give you the exact delivery date in the quote.
What if I want to migrate my current website?
Complete migration with SEO preservation: I transfer contents, set up 301 redirects, maintain URL structures where possible, and monitor Search Console during the first few weeks so you do not lose organic search rankings.
What happens after delivery?
One month of free support is included for tweaks and questions. Afterwards, you can subscribe to a monthly maintenance plan starting at €15/month (backups, updates, monitoring) or request ad-hoc changes billed hourly.
