Cloud migration for SMEs in Sabadell and Barcelona

Frequently Asked Questions

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

It depends on your team. If you already use Gmail and Google Drive, Workspace is the natural choice. If you rely on desktop Word and Excel, Microsoft 365. I can migrate you to either. I will guide you during the initial audit.

Is any data lost during the migration?

No. I perform a full backup before migrating. All emails, contacts, calendars, and files are transferred completely. I verify each mailbox one by one.

How long does a migration take?

It depends on the volume. A company with 5-10 employees: 1-2 days. Larger companies: 3-5 days. The migration is done over the weekend to avoid disrupting your daily business.

What happens to my current email domain?

I configure it to work with Google or Microsoft. Your email addresses will not change. Email reception is not interrupted at any moment.
